Pre-sale Questions
What is the maximum load capacity? What rider height is it suitable for?
Most of our e-bikes support a maximum load of 120–150kg and are suitable for riders between 160cm and 200cm. Please refer to each product page for specific recommendations.
Is the battery removable? How long does it take to charge?
Many of our models come with removable batteries. Charging typically takes 4–6 hours, depending on battery size.
After-sale & Shipping Questions
How long does it take to ship my order? How long is the delivery time?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
What if the e-bike is damaged during shipping?
Please take photos upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with repair, replacement, or refund as needed.
What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
We offer a 1-year warranty on the entire bike, covering key components like the battery, motor, and controller.
Can I return or exchange the bike? What are the conditions?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact customer service first for return instructions.
